When you connect Meta channels, message content needed for Conversation CRM is synced to your workspace so pipeline, proposals, invoices, and follow-ups stay on the same client record. We do not sell your client conversations for advertising. You can disconnect WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook anytime in Connections, which stops further syncing for those channels.
