Common questions
Why does Instagram need a Facebook Page?
Meta's messaging API only exposes Instagram DMs for Business or Creator accounts linked to a Page. That is a Meta requirement, not an Onevyu one.
What happens if a connection breaks?
Connections surfaces channel health and prompts re-authorisation. Tokens expire and Page admins change, so it is worth a glance whenever messages stop arriving.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes when your Meta Business assets already exist. Most of the remaining time goes into Meta's own verification steps, not Onevyu.
