Common questions
Why can't every WhatsApp follow-up send automatically?
Meta only allows free-form WhatsApp messages within 24 hours of the customer's last message. Outside that window an approved template is required, so Onevyu queues the draft for review instead of failing quietly.
How many pipeline stages should a coach use?
Four or five is usually enough: new inquiry, qualified, proposal sent, won, lost. More stages than that tend to become guesswork you stop updating, which is worse than fewer honest ones.
Does pipeline replace my calendar?
