Is Onevyu completely free?
Yes, during early access. No card is needed, and early testers get 6 months free when paid plans launch.
What's the catch?
There are a few fair-use limits on AI, scans, storage and chat history so we can keep it free. The core CRM — inbox, pipeline, reminders, proposals and invoices — has no limit.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
To connect WhatsApp, yes. For Instagram you need a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.
Can I use it without connecting channels?
Yes. You can add leads, track your pipeline and send invoices by hand, then connect channels later.
How is this different from a free HubSpot or Zoho account?
Those are full CRMs built around email, calls and teams. Onevyu is smaller and built around chats, with proposals and invoices included.
Does the AI message my leads for me?
No. AI only drafts when you tap it, and you choose what to send.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can delete your account and data from Settings at any time.
Is there a mobile app?
Onevyu runs in your browser on phone and desktop.
