Why Conversation CRM exists
We started from a simple observation: the conversation that sells your offer already lives in DMs. But proposals, invoices, follow-ups, and pipeline stages lived in a separate CRM — or nowhere at all. Deals slip in that gap between inbox tool and CRM tool.
Solopreneurs were drowning in tabs — WhatsApp here, Instagram there, email for follow-ups, another tool for proposals, another for invoices. Onevyu puts pipeline, proposals, and invoicing on the same client record as every thread.
What Onevyu does and doesn't do
Onevyu is a Conversation CRM for one coach or consultant who closes in DMs. Pipeline stage, proposal templates, PDF export, and invoices sit on the same client record as the chat.
What it does. It connects WhatsApp Business through Meta's Cloud API, an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page, and Facebook Messenger, using official Meta APIs. An invoice can carry your own payment link — Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Razorpay, UPI, or another HTTPS link — plus optional bank details. The client pays you directly. You mark the invoice paid. Follow-up sequences live on that record. Vyu Bot can draft a reply; you approve every send.
What it does not do. It does not process or hold client payments. It has no bot flow builder and no broadcasts. It is single-user today: no seat invites and no shared team inbox. Personal WhatsApp will not connect. An Instagram account that is not Business or Creator, linked to a Facebook Page you admin, will not connect.
