- Follow-ups & Needs your approval — Queued for review is not auto-send. Approve drafts under Follow-ups → Needs your approval after you log in.
- Inbox / Conversation AI — Draft replies in-thread from Conversation CRM — AI suggests; you send. Email replies go through Onevyu mail; Onevyu never reads your Gmail.
- Invoices & how clients pay — Professional PDF invoices — clients pay you directly; Onevyu does not collect invoice payments. Public link is view-only.
- Corporate financial statements — Board-ready P&L and balance sheet from CRM data (PDF/Excel) in your reporting currency. Trust the source counts — not an audit opinion.
- Bookings & Google Meet — Client Bookings tab for sessions; connect Google Calendar for Meet links. Public booking page uses your profile short id.
- AI Assistant (/command) — Plain-English confirm-first CRM help. Open /command after login — not a separate /assistant app.
- Meta 24-hour rule & WhatsApp templates — Free-text Meta replies within 24h of the customer’s last message. After 24h WhatsApp needs Meta-approved templates.
- Lead capture without Meta — Shareable intake forms and QR links when prospects never message you first — no WhatsApp or Instagram setup required.
- Trial, billing & refunds — 5-day Pro trial of the full product (no card). After you pay, cancel stops renewal only — payments are non-refundable. Manage billing in Settings → Billing.
