All payments made to Onevyu are final and non-refundable. The 5-day free trial exists so you can evaluate the full product before paying anything — no credit card is required to start it.

All payments made to Onevyu are final and non-refundable.

What this means

• No pro-rated refunds for partial months.
• No refunds for unused time in a billing period.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. Access continues until the period ends.

If you have a billing issue or believe a charge was made in error, contact support@onevyu.com. Initiating a chargeback instead may result in suspension or termination of the account, as set out in the Terms of Service.
