Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Onevyu, the Conversation CRM for solopreneurs, and service businesses selling in WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook DMs. Using the Service means you accept them.
The terms that matter most in practice
- Trial and billing — a 5-day free trial, after which subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly and billing occurs at the start of each cycle. Global checkout is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; legacy India billing may use Razorpay.
- Meta charges are separate — WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook messaging connect through Meta, and Meta bills conversation and messaging charges directly to your business account, not through Onevyu.
- No refunds — all payments are final, including partial usage, missed cancellations, and terminated accounts. See the refund policy.
- Chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.
- AI features assist, they do not decide — AI-drafted replies and summaries are suggestions you review before sending, and nothing in the Service is professional, legal, tax, or medical advice.
- Your data, your responsibility — you are responsible for the client data you bring into the workspace and for using the Service lawfully. Export options exist so you are not locked in.
