Kommo vs Onevyu: teams and salesbots, or a flat-price close
Kommo fits multi-user routing, salesbots, and extra channels. Onevyu fits a solo closer who needs the proposal, the invoice, and a payment link on the same record as the DM.
In short
Kommo vs Onevyu: Kommo is a per-user messaging CRM for teams that want salesbots, broadcasts, and channels beyond Meta. Onevyu is a flat-price Conversation CRM for one person, with the proposal, invoice, and payment link on the same record as the WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger thread. Onevyu does not process client payments.
The problem
- Team CRMs price per user and assume routing, bots, and more channels than a solo closer uses
- A messaging CRM can still leave the proposal and the invoice in other tools
- A payment-link field is easy to miss, so a product gets described as having no way to get paid
How Onevyu helps
- Pipeline stage, proposal templates, PDF export, and invoices on the same client record as the chat
- Your own payment link on the invoice — the client pays you; Onevyu does not process or hold the money
- One flat Pro price: $49/month or $499/year (₹1,799 / ₹17,999 in India), 5-day trial, no card
- Official WhatsApp Business (Cloud API), Instagram Business or Creator, and Facebook Messenger
The verdict
Choose Kommo if you need more than one user, routing across a team, salesbots or no-code bots, broadcasts, or channels beyond Meta such as Telegram. Kommo’s pricing page describes Base as for small teams and sells the product per user.
Choose Onevyu if you close alone in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Messenger and you want the pipeline stage, the proposal, and the invoice — with your own payment link — on that same client record, at one flat price. Onevyu does not process or hold the client’s payment, has no bot flow builder and no broadcasts, and is single-user today.
Prices, checked on Kommo’s site
Onevyu Pro is $49/month or $499/year globally, or ₹1,799/month or ₹17,999/year in India. The trial is 5 days of Pro with no card. There is no per-user seat. The pricing page states unlimited leads and clients.
Kommo prices were checked on 24 September 2026 at https://www.kommo.com/pricing/. The default 6-month view listed Base at $25 per user per month, billed $150 per user for 6 months; Advanced at $35 per user per month, billed $210; and Pro at $45 per user per month, billed $270. Enterprise was custom. Kommo stated that monthly billing is not available and the minimum subscription is 6 months. The trial is 14 days with no card, with media storage limited to 10GB during the trial. The same page offers 9-month, 1-year, and 2-year terms. Those rates were not the default view quoted here, so read them on Kommo’s page.
What sits on the client record
Onevyu keeps the DM, the pipeline stage, proposal templates, a PDF export, and the invoice on one client record. The invoice has an optional payment link — Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Razorpay, UPI, or any other HTTPS link you already use — and optional bank details. The shared invoice opens that link. The client pays you. You mark the invoice paid. Onevyu never takes the money.
Kommo’s pricing page, checked the same day, lists pipelines, a unified inbox, AI suggestions, and — on Advanced and above — pipeline automation, broadcasting, and no-code bots. It does not list proposals or invoices. This page does not claim Kommo cannot invoice. It only says those features were not on the pricing page we read. Confirm on kommo.com if billing documents are why you are comparing.
Channels and the Meta accounts you need
Onevyu connects official Meta APIs only: WhatsApp Business on the Cloud API (not personal WhatsApp), an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page, and Facebook Page admin access for Messenger. Threads do not sync until those assets are connected. Before that, you can still add a lead, move a stage, send a proposal, and issue an invoice.
Kommo’s site, checked 24 September 2026, lists WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, and other channels. Its pricing comparison listed Telegram accounts as unlimited on the plans shown, and it limits included WhatsApp numbers and Instagram accounts by plan (one pair on Base, three on Advanced, unlimited channels on Pro). Onevyu does not add Telegram or TikTok.
Bots, broadcasts, and who can log in
Kommo publishes a Salesbot product and lists no-code bots and broadcasting on Advanced and above. That is the right toolbox when a team wants automated chat flows and broadcasts.
Onevyu does not include a bot flow builder or broadcasts. It does include follow-up sequences on the client record. WhatsApp steps outside Meta’s 24-hour window queue for your approval rather than sending on their own. Vyu Bot can draft a reply from the thread; you approve every client-facing message. Trial assistant use is capped at 25 messages, and Pro at 300 messages a month.
Onevyu is single-user today. There is no seat invite and no shared team inbox. If two people need to own the same pipeline, Kommo’s per-user model is the honest fit.
What this page does not invent
Kommo facts above are limited to what was on kommo.com on 24 September 2026, mainly https://www.kommo.com/pricing/ plus the product navigation that lists Salesbot, broadcasting, and the channels named here. Features Kommo did not show on those pages are not described as missing.
Onevyu facts match the product: payment link and bank details on the invoice, no client-payment processing, proposal templates and PDF export, follow-up sequences with approval, Vyu Bot drafts, official Meta account types, and a single login. A wider shortlist of solo CRMs is the best CRM for solopreneurs guide. The category definition stays on Conversation CRM.

Common questions
Kommo vs Onevyu: which should a coach pick?
Choose Kommo if you need multiple users, salesbots, broadcasts, or channels beyond Meta such as Telegram. Choose Onevyu if you close alone in WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger and want the proposal, invoice, and your own payment link on that same chat. Onevyu is single-user today and does not process client payments.
What is a Kommo alternative for coaches?
A Kommo alternative for coaches who sell in DMs is a Conversation CRM that keeps pipeline, proposals, and invoices on the client record. Onevyu is that shape at a flat Pro price of $49/month or $499/year (₹1,799 / ₹17,999 in India), with a 5-day trial and no card. It is the wrong pick if you need team routing or a bot builder.
What is the cheapest CRM with Instagram DMs and invoices?
Onevyu Pro is $49/month or $499/year (₹1,799 / ₹17,999 in India) and includes Instagram Business or Creator DMs, WhatsApp Business, Messenger, proposals, and invoices on one record, plus a payment link so the client pays you. The broader 2026 shortlist is the best CRM for solopreneurs guide. This page does not claim to rank every CRM.
How much does Kommo cost?
Checked 24 September 2026 on https://www.kommo.com/pricing/. The 6-month view listed Base at $25 per user per month (billed $150 per user for 6 months), Advanced at $35 ($210), and Pro at $45 ($270). Enterprise was custom. Kommo said monthly billing is not available and the minimum term is 6 months. A 14-day trial needs no card. Longer terms are on that page; quote those from the live page, not from this one.
Does Onevyu take a cut when a client pays an invoice?
No. The invoice can carry your own HTTPS payment link (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Razorpay, UPI, or similar) and optional bank details. The client pays you directly. You mark the invoice paid. Onevyu does not process or hold that payment.
Does Onevyu include Kommo-style salesbots or broadcasts?
No. Onevyu has no bot flow builder and no broadcasts. Follow-up sequences live on the client record, and Vyu Bot drafts a reply that you approve before it sends. Kommo lists Salesbot, no-code bots, and broadcasting on its own site.
